Web design

Watch it get built.

Design and build, start to finish — brochure sites, product UI, dashboards, storefronts. Everything on this page is drawn live. Nothing here is a screenshot.

Scroll.

Before the design

Most of what goes wrong happens before anyone opens a design tool.

Not the colours. The terms. Who owns what, how long it takes, what counts as a revision, and who writes the words.

What we actually build

Not just brochure sites.

Admin panels, client portals, storefronts, reporting dashboards. Same team, same standard — and structured so the engines can read it as well as your buyer can.

Fit

Who this is for — and who it isn't.

Built for businesses where one enquiry is worth thousands. Not built for cheapest-quote shopping, and not for anyone who needs it live next week.

The way it usually goes wrong

Week six. The replies stop.

The deposit is gone, the half-built site sits on a server you can't log into, and nobody will tell you whether it's coming back.

The expensive kind of nothing

The last one looked better and changed nothing.

This is the complaint we hear most, and it's rarely a design problem. The site got prettier. Nobody new ever arrived to see it.

Why we sell both

A site can only close the people who reach it.

Visibility sends them, the site closes them. Doing half of it is how you end up paying for a site nobody lands on, or traffic that bounces off one.

Before the design

Most of what goes wrong happens before anyone opens a design tool.

Not the colours. The terms. Who owns what, how long it takes, what a revision is, and who writes the words. Here are ours, in advance.

Who owns it
You do — the domain, the code and the words, in your name from day one. You get the logins at handover. If you fire us tomorrow, the site is still yours and still runs.
Hosting
Yours to run, or ours. We'll open the account in your name and hand you the keys, or keep it on ours for a flat monthly fee quoted with the build. Same site either way, and you can move it whenever you like.
What it costs to leave
Nothing. Hosting is the only thing we ever bill monthly and it is optional — cancel it and the domain, the code and the words come with you. Nothing expires, and nothing stops working because you stopped paying us.
How long
Most builds run four to seven weeks from kickoff. If we slip past the date we agreed, you stop paying until we're back on it.
Revisions
Two rounds, and a round is a single consolidated list — not one email at a time for a fortnight. We'd rather commit to a direction early than promise "unlimited" and quietly slow down.
Who writes it
We do. You don't have to send forty photos and fifteen pages of copy. Missing content is the single biggest reason web projects stall, so we stopped making it the client's problem.
After launch
You talk to the person who built it. Not a ticket queue, and not an account manager reading a status field.

If any of that reads as obvious, ask the last three agencies you spoke to for the same six answers in writing. We put them on a public page because most of this industry won't, and because a buyer who's been burned once is right to ask.

How we run it

You always know what week you're in.

Four checkpoints, each one a real thing you look at and sign off. No status updates that say "making progress".

  1. 01
ScopeFixed price, fixed date, written down. Before any money moves.
  2. 02
StructureEvery page mapped, copy drafted by us. You read it and cut what's wrong.
  3. 03
BuildA live staging URL from week one. Not a PDF of a mockup — the actual site, updating.
  4. 04
HandoverLogins, code and domain, transferred to your name and confirmed. Hosting too, unless you've asked us to keep running it.

Evidence

Everything above, up close.

The rest of this page is the work itself — controls, a live dashboard, a real-time canvas. None of it is a screenshot or a video. If a claim on this page needs proof, it's below.

Interaction

Controls that feel like something.

Most sites ship the browser default and call it done. Every control here was built for this page. Put your cursor on them.Tap them.

Product UI

Not just brochure sites.

Admin panels, client portals, reporting dashboards. Same team, same standard — and the chart below redraws when you change the period, because a screenshot of a dashboard proves nothing.

Every number here is invented — it's a working demo, not a client's account. The chart is real code though: change the period and it redraws, recalculates and re-labels.

Custom canvas

Drawn in real time. Not a video.

Every dot and every line is computed each frame, and the field pushes away from your cursoryour finger. When a site needs something that doesn't exist yet, this is what that looks like.

Range

Quiet is a choice. Not a ceiling.

Five niches in orbit. One standard of build.

Editorial

A quiet page for a business that doesn't need to shout.

Thin rules, generous margins, one weight of type doing the work. For firms whose buyers are already looking for them.

Loud

Take up the room.

Type at poster scale, hard edges, one colour doing all the shouting. For launches and brands arriving somewhere new.

Product UI

Portals, dashboards, admin.

Real interfaces with state, permissions and data — not a marketing page with a login button bolted to it.

Storefront

Things to sell, laid out to sell.

Inventory, variants and checkout that survive a real catalogue and a real Saturday.

Yours

Whichever one you need.

Tell us what it has to do. We'll tell you which of these it is, on a call, and put it in writing.

Work

What we've actually built.

Three names. Three honest labels — we don't dress up visibility work as a redesign, and we don't take credit for a site we didn't touch.

  • Paint PureWebsite + visibility
  • This pageWebsite
  • JAF Guitar SchoolVisibility only

We didn't design this one. JAF Guitar School's live site is still their existing third-party build — our work there is visibility only, not the site itself.

Client
“Quote pending — see note.”

Paint PureHouse painters, Tillsonburg ON — site built by Geongyn, now named first by Gemini for “painter Tillsonburg.”

Placeholder. We won't write a testimonial on a client's behalf — a made-up quote is the fastest way to lose a sceptical buyer. Get two sentences from Paint Pure and this slot is ready for them.

Cost

Quoted per project. Fixed before we start.

A five-page brochure site and a storefront with live inventory are not the same job, so they don't carry the same number. You get one figure for the build, agreed in writing, before any money moves — and it doesn't move afterwards unless you ask for something new.

No packages, no tiers, no “from $X” that turns into three times $X.Tiered pricing exists to make the middle option look reasonable. We'd rather look at what you actually need and give you the real number once.

Included, always
Design, build, copywriting, the structured data the engines read, and handover of everything in your name.
Costs extra
Custom photography, ecommerce integrations, and anything needing a third-party licence. Quoted separately, never assumed.
Never charged
Discovery calls, the initial audit, and revisions inside your two rounds.
Optional, monthly
Hosting, if you'd rather not run it yourself. A flat fee quoted with the build, cancellable whenever.

You don't need us for the hosting.A site like this runs on an account you can open in your own name, and we'll set it up and walk away if that's what you want. We offer to keep it on ours because some owners would rather it were someone else's problem — not because the site stops working without us.

Start smaller than a phone call

See what the engines say about you first.

Put your address in and we'll show you what ChatGPT, Gemini and the rest currently say when someone asks for a business like yours. It takes about a minute, and you don't have to talk to anyone.

Check my visibility

Twenty minutes. We run your category live on the call.

No pitch deck. We ask the engines what your buyers ask, in front of you, and you keep the findings either way.
